You Will Not Believe What Angelina Jolie Bought Brad Pitt for His Birthday

What’s the gift for a man who has everything? Why, an actual waterfall, of course.

That’s what Angelina Jolie bought for her longtime partner Brad Pitt, who celebrated his 48th birthday on December 18.

Pitt, an avowed architecture buff, is a big fan of Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Fallingwater, a Pennsylvania structure built over a waterfall. Jolie reportedly purchased a Los Angeles-area waterfall and its surrounding land so the couple can construct a similar home in California.

A friend said the actress hopes it will be a “hideaway” for the globetrotting couple and their six children, adding, “Brad has dreamed of a home with the sound of a waterfall cascading under the house.”

Pitt and Jolie recently sold their Malibu pad to comedian and talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, actress Portia de Rossi.
