Amanda Seyfried Will Play Porn Star Linda Lovelace in Biopic

According to The Wrap, Amanda Seyfried has been cast as notorious porn star Linda Lovelace in the biopic ‘Lovelace.’ Lovelace, the stage name for Linda Boreman, starred in the legendary 1972 hardcore porn film ‘Deep Throat.’ She later claimed her husband forced her into pornography, and became an anti-porn activist before her death by car accident in 2002.

If you are thinking, “Wasn’t that the role once tied to Lindsay Lohan?,” you are almost correct. In fact, Lohan had been slated to play the lead in a rival Lovelace biography film ‘Ordeal,’ which will now star Malin Akerman.

‘Lovelace’ is expected to start production in January.
