Adam Levine Sings on New Track From Slash for the Homeless in L.A. [VIDEO]

Slash from Guns N' Roses is offering one of the songs from his 2010 debut solo album for download at his website. The track is called "Gotten". Normally this wouldn't be special, all artists do that, but this time it is special. For one Adam Levine from Maroon 5 sings on the track. Second you can download for a donation to the Los Angeles Youth Network (LAYN).

The non-profit organization provides for more than 10,000 runaway and homeless youth on the streets of Los Angeles every night, with emergency shelter and group homes for kids between the ages of 12 and 17. The organization also offers long-term transitional housing for young adults aged 18 to 24.

To think that there are that many homeless kids in Los Angeles is insane. And as young as 12? I can't even fathom being homeless or a runaway at age 12! These kids really need the help so if you have a dollar or 2 and want to help a really good cause this could be your good deed for the week.
