I think everyone at least knows about or saw the Morgan Spurlock Documentary "Super Size Me" where Morgan puts himself on a 30 day diet eating only the McDonald's menu 3 times a day.

The 30 day experiment showed increased weight and blood pressure cholesterol ect...a crash in some of Morgans stats that prompted one doctor to say he was very concerned for his health and if he does not quit he could die! Not good for the folks a at McDonalds right? Well here is a guy that Micky D's will be glad to meet.

Inspired by Morgan's journey John Cisna, a science teacher from Colo, Iowa decided to eat nothing but McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 90 days, while never going beyond 2,000 calories a day, while also trying take in the recommended amounts of carbohydrates, protein, fat calories and cholesterol (something that Spurlock did not do as some of his individual meals topped 2000 calories and 6000 plus calories in one day!)

What was the result? Cisna dropped 37 pounds and his cholesterol soared downward from 249 to 170.

His students at Colo-Nesco High School helped him with the planning of a diet, which was not as restrictive as you may think. Cisna enjoyed egg whites, oatmeal and milk for breakfast, while lunch would be a salad with burgers for dinner

That's right he didn't stick with the "healthy" side of the menu. John ate the salads for lunch and the burgers for dinner even sneaking an occasional ice cream cone for dessert.Cisna also walked 45 minutes a day, proving the need for a healthy balanced diet with some form of exercise.
