Sometimes life sucks. But it doesn't always have to. Here are 5 easy things that you can do to make any bad day good again.

1. New socks. Yes new socks. Have you ever realized how good a new pair of socks feels? Almost as good as a new pair of shoes, but nobody knows you're wearing them. Its just between you and your feet. But that super soft new sock feel will make your feet feel so awesome nothing can ruin your day.

2. Jamming your favorite song loud. Put your favorite uplifting song on repeat and listen 5 times in a row as loud as you can. Sing along too!

3. Rent a movie you haven't seen, early in the day. That way no matter what you have to do that day, you have the end of it to look forward to so you can watch this movie you've wanted to see for a while.

4. Fix something broken. I have been driving around with a messed up windshield wiper for months. You know the kind that leaves that awful streak you can't see through, right where you need to look? For $8 I just decided to get it done, bought the cheapest wiper I could find and fixed it. NO MORE STREAK! I can actually see through my windshield now and that feels great. Plus it will give me that good feeling every time it rains too.

5. Treat yourself. Go ahead and get that candy bar. Maybe ice cream. Whatever it is that you try to avoid because you know its not good for you, just indulge yourself that day. Your day will get better immediately.
