After 500 episodes and 23 years on the air, The Simpson's have truly become and American icon. The dysfunctional family constantly reminds us of ourselves and of our family problems and dynamics. It really as if there is a real place called Springfield, and a bar called Moe's. A real Homer and Marge who have two kids Bart and Lisa who love their own animated show, "Itchy and Scratchy".
