This Cat is Up to No Good [VIDEO]

So, I've seen cats deliberately trying to get dogs in trouble but never anything like this. I don't know what it is about humans yelling at dogs that makes cats so happy, but some of them swear it's better than cat nip. This cat pretends to be a dog barking until he gets caught, and then he tries to play it off all cool. I've been watching it over and over and my sides hurt from laughing. Is this the best cat video ever? I think it just might be.
