Have you ever wanted to own 500 exotic animals, including a baby giraffe? The chance can now be yours, for a measly $7 million dollars. Bayou Zoo in Alvin, Texas has recently been listed for sale after being open to the public for over 30 years.

According to the Houston Chronical, the 80-year-old owner is hoping to retire soon. The zoo is a good way to make money too: "the zoo rakes in about $1 million in annual sales and runs at a more than 30% profit margin".

Not only do you get the zoo and the animals, the listing price includes virtually everything else you would need including vehicles and a house to live in on the property.
