Two Texas Tech students in the Manchester study abroad problem are safe, according to an emailed Texas Tech news release.

The school sent out an email Tuesday afternoon to confirm the students' safety:

Two Texas Tech University students were in Manchester for the spring semester as part of the Study Abroad program. One student is still there and reported back as safe. The student did not attend last night’s concert and was not in the vicinity of the Manchester Arena, where a terror attack occurred that killed 22 people. The other student is traveling and has not yet returned to the United States.

Many of the victims of the terrorist attack are still unnamed, and there are also people missing. Confirmed among the dead is an 8-year-old girl.

More names and photographs of the missing and the confirmed dead are available here.
