Texas Tech and Under Armour Unveil the New ‘Lone Survivor’ Uniforms for Kansas State Game

This is the first year that we have seen a grey color scheme from our Texas Tech Red Raiders. Traditionally Red/ Black/White the Raiders took the field in their first home game adorning grey instead of their usual Red and Black.

It looks like the Raiders have another uniform change in store for us this season as they will be dressed in their new "Lone Survivor" uniforms in their upcoming game against Kansas State Nov. 9th made especially for the Raiders by Under Armour in support of the Lone Survivor Foundation.

The Lone Survivor Foundation, an organization founded in 2010 by retired Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell who "heroically survived Operation Red Wings, a mission to gather intelligence on Taliban leadership in Afghanistan."

The LSF was built on Luttrell's "Never Quit" attitude, and serves the mission to "RESTORE, EMPOWER and RENEW HOPE for our wounded service members and their families."

The jerseys will be auctioned off following the game, with 100% proceeds supporting LSF.
