Another person has died following the horrific drunk driving accident that occurred at Austin, Texas' South by Southwest music festival last week. Twenty-six-year-old Sandy Thuy Le passed away on Sunday night, March 16, Rolling Stone reports. Le had been hit by the car driven by 21-year-old Rashad Charjuan Owens, who drove drunk into a crowd of people early Thursday morning, March 13.
