Rita Ora Bares It All in Topless Lui Magazine Cover

Rita Ora definitely has our attention. The 25-year-old singer posed topless for the cover of Lui Magazine.

And from the photo it seems Ora isn't shy about it as she stands facing forward with a grin spread across her face for the French magazine.

"'FREEDOM' Being ME without permission," read a caption on Ora's Instagram page with a photo of the cover.

Photographer Terry Richardson did the honors for the shoot and expressed his love for Ora and his new piece of work.

"I photographed @ritaora for the cover of @luimagazine and not only does she look smokin' hot, but hanging with her and her team for the day was so much fun! Thanks guys!!" read a caption on Richardson's Instagram page with another photo of Ora in an see-through all-black number. Richardson also added in a few emojis: fireworks, fire and red lips.

Rihanna, who is also signed to Roc Nation along with Ora, has been the center of attention with the release of her album, ANTI, and chart-topping song "Work." But Ora may have snagged the spotlight with her latest venture. It's no secret that the British blondie is at odds with the Jay Z-founded label. Last December she filed a lawsuit against the label claiming that her contract is in violation of California law and that she's been forgotten by the label in lieu of their other endeavors.

“Rita’s relationship with Roc Nation is irrevocably damaged,” says Ora’s attorney Howard King at the time.

Many have cited that Ora's image is similar to RiRi -- and it doesn't help that the Bajan singer also posed topless for Lui Magazine two years ago.

Ora seems to be making some headway with her career though. After releasing a steamy video for the Chris Brown-assisted "Body on Me" last year, she announced a fashion line with Adidas was underway. It has since come to fruition as well -- with more on the horizon.

"I'm honoured to be ONE of the first amongst these legends (Missy, Run-DMC) to collaborate with this amazing brand and still going strong! You ready for the new ish???" read the singer's most recent Instagram post.
