Plane Crashes at Slaton Airport

A plane has crashed off FM 400 at the Slaton Airport Thursday afternoon.

According to KAMC, the crash happened near the intersection of FM 400 and FM 7400 in Slaton, Texas.

Lt. Brian Taylor with the Lubbock County Sheriff's Department told KFYO News that the accident involved a crop duster and that there are no apparent injuries at this time.

The Texas Department of Public Safety will be investigating the accident and providing more information as it becomes available.
