The Seth Rogen - Zac Efron comedy "Neighbors" hits theaters this weekend. It's up against the Mother's Day comedy "Mom's Night out", and an animated "Wizard of Oz" sequel that stars Lea Michele as Dorothy.

"Neighbors" (R)
It’s family vs. frat boys, as a young suburban couple with a baby must cope with their new neighbors: a hard-partying fraternity. Zac Efron's fraternity moves next door to a young couple played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, and they get into a turf war after the frat parties get out of control.

"Mom's Night Out" (PG)
Sarah Drew from "Grey's Anatomy" stars in a Mother's Day comedy as a mom who just wants a relaxing night out with her friends . . . but ends up running all over the city trying to find a lost baby instead. Country singer Trace Adkins is a big burly biker helping with the search.

"Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return" (PG)
In this animated sequel to ‘The Wizard of Oz,’ Dorothy goes back to Oz to stop the brother of the Wicked Witch from taking over and to rescue her friends the Tin Man, Scarecrow and Cowardly Lion.
