Lubbock’s Haven Animal Shelter Seeks Food Donations for Senior Animals

Meet Garfield, The Haven Animal Shelter's new "lion". Poor Garfield had to be shaved since he was unable to clean his fur due to a tumor in his mouth.

I am so grateful for the incredible work The Haven does for senior and special needs animals. But The Haven needs our help!

The Haven is seeking donations of canned senior cat and dog food- any food with meat listed as the first ingredient. The best time to drop off food is on Saturdays during volunteer hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Of course the Haven always needs other items as well- here is their wish list.
