Today, Wednesday, November 16th, a federal grand jury in Lubbock indicted Cody Brett Wilcox.

According to KAMC, the incident occurred between October 20 and October 26, when Wilcox used an iPhone 6, iPhone 7 and a computer for still images of child pornography. The FBI seized all of these items on October 28.

According to the indictment, the images depicted:

"...prepubescent female children engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including oral-genital sexual intercourse, lascivious exhibition of the genitals and pubic areas of minor females, and lascivious exhibition of the genitals and pubic area of an adult male.”

There was no mention of how the pictures were acquired, how widely he was distributing the pictures or even an exact address for the incident. Court documents did specify that the crime occurred within Lubbock or Lubbock County.

Wilcox was not listed in jail records as of Wednesday afternoon.
