Lubbock County Republican Party to Hold Prayer Meeting in Response to SCOTUS Ruling

Tonight (Friday, June 26) the Lubbock County Republican Party is holding a prayer meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Southcrest Baptist Church. Southcrest is located at South Loop 289 & Memphis.

The prayer meeting is in response to Friday's U.S. Supreme Court ruling allowing for gay marriage in the U.S.

According to LCRP Chairman Carl Tepper, all Christian denominations are welcome for the event: Catholics, Methodists, Baptists, etc., plus non-denominational and salvationists, who believe in Jesus Christ and the Salvation of the blood and the trinity.
