Lubbock Christian University Named No. 4 on List of Best Online Schools in Texas

AccreditedSchoolsOnline.org put out a ranking of 27 of the best online schools in Texas, and Lubbock Christian University came in fourth place.

The site collected data from hundreds of campuses across the nation.

"Lubbock Christian University’s online programs are inspired, built, and taught by talented faculty to be challenging and comprehensive," said Bill Kopf, LCU's Director of Distance Learning.

LCU provides opportunity for long distance learning while still providing a productive learning environment. The student to teacher ratio is 13:1, so individual help can be given daily.

"Lubbock Christian University provides a small student to faculty ratio, even in its 10 online degree programs and four hybrid programs," according to Accredited Schools Online's website.

Texas Tech University was also ranked on the list, coming in 14th place.
