KISS New Music: One Direction “Best Song Ever” [AUDIO] [VIDEO]

One Direction have released a new song and video for the single, "Best Song Ever." And in the video the boys are being awfully cheeky!

The video is out too and has the 1D boys playing many roles, including one of them as a woman. Yes Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan are made up like old men and Zayn Malik is a dressed up like a woman. And a very convincing woman, too. I had to look twice to be sure it was Zayn. Plus one of the old men is made up just like Tom Cruise was at the end of Tropic Thunder (that video is below for reference.)

One thing that is driving me crazy, though, is that the very beginning of this song is a direct rip-off of a classic rock song by The Who called "Baba O'Reilly." And by rip-off I mean it sounds like they took the entire intro, re-arranged maybe 2 chords, and said "good enough!"

Here's the intro to the song by The Who. Listen to the One Direction intro again, and then listen to this one. See if you hear what I'm hearing, that they're exactly the same! (The Who song takes a second to kick in, but when it does you can hear the similarities quite easily.)

As a side note this video has been watched 10.9 million times in the first 24 hours! That's a new record for Vevo.
