It’s Time for the Friend of the Library Sale

The Friends of the Library will be hosting a book lover’s half-price sale this Friday, February 4^th and Saturday, February 5^th from 9a-5p at the Mahon library basement.

This is a great opportunity to get some great reading material at a discounted price. You never know what you might find! (I have found several first edition books at these sales before!)

The Friend of the Library is a non-profit organization with the goal of raising funds to assist the Lubbock Public Library System. Memberships may be purchased at the door for $10 for adults and $5 for students.

The sale is open to the public and the Mahon library is located at 1306 9th Street
