New Year's Eve is right around the corner, but you don't have to wait until 2017 to start eating healthier. You can actually start at your New Year's Eve party.

Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets says it's important not to go to a party hungry. That will just lead you to over eating, which could make your first day of 2017 not fun. Duby also had a suggestion for a great, healthy New Year's Eve snack.

Pick up tortillas, cream cheese, bell peppers and other veggies. Roll them together and cut them in half to make healthy pinwheels.

You can get some other great tips in the video above.

Start your 2017 off right at United Supermarkets.
