Ah, remember the days of Bird scooters in Lubbock? You know, before the City of Lubbock squashed them in favor of the competition? Well, apparently someone was tired of walking through the Lubbock floodwaters this past week and took a Bird scooter instead.

Take a look, or several looks, at the video. At first, I thought it was one of those wacky 'guy waterskis behind a car' videos. But no, he's riding a Bird scooter.

The tweet was posted by @OldRowOfficial. It looks like it was taken somewhere near the University Avenue, possibly on University & 19th.
