On Tuesday, officers with the Floydada Police Department arrested a former high school student for making a shooting threat.

Police were tipped off by staff at Floydada Independent School District.

The student had allegedly withdrawn from the school last week. Since then, he had posted a Snapchat image of inside his former High School with a caption that read "school shooter."

Sargent Ramon, the FISD School Resource Officer, identified the student in question and a warrant was then issued for his arrest.

Eighteen-year-old Noah Sarabia has been charged with making a Terroristic Threat and is being held in the Lubbock County Jail.
