First There was the Beeping Easter Egg Hunt, Now There’s a Beeping Baseball Tournament

We brought you the details about the Alstrom Angels Beeping Easter Egg Hunt back in April, around Easter I think. Well now they are having a Beeping Baseball Tournament, and again ANYONE can do this!

If you don't know what beeping baseball is, its baseball just blindfolded. The balls beep and you try to hit, throw, and field them while not being able to see. It gives a great new perspective on how the vision impaired live, and offers a new chance at empathy for those afflicted with blindness causing diseases. That's what Alstrom Angels is about, spreading awareness about Alstrom Syndrome, which can cause blindness in kids. So no matter your skill you're doing a great thing for a great cause.
