Back in April yu may have heard about Andrew Hales “Not You-ing” his fellow students at Utah Valley University. Well he is back and he has another one for you.

His latest prank is trying to hold people’s hands in public, which comes across as a little bit creepy and all kinds of awkward. Maybe it’s just an East Coast thing about personal space, but in Texas you could not pull this off. I’m not sure how he pulled this off without getting his butt kicked.
