Lubbock’s mayoral election is helping to drive increased turnout during Early Voting.  Through four days of Early Voting, just over 6,800 ballots have been cast in Lubbock County.

That’s double compared to this point two years ago and about 500 more compared to this point four years ago.  Early Voting for the May 7th Municipal Elections continues through May 3rd.

For Friday, Early Voting continues during the usual times at 8 different United Supermarkets locations in Lubbock, plus the Texas Tech Rec Center and University Medical Center. Early Voting will also be held at Raider Ranch from 9a-1p.
