Saturday night, two men were shot to death in a Houston apartment complex at 8700 Broadway during a home invasion that police believe may have been drug related.

According to The Houston Chronicle, gun shots rang out from a third floor apartment unit around 11 p.m.

The two male victims were 25 and 30 years old, and were discovered by police with gunshot wounds in different locations of the apartment.

No names have been released at this time, and both were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third male was able to successfully hide from the shooter in the apartment and was left unharmed.

Neighbors told police drug related activities are common at the apartment complex.

Houston police is describing the suspects as black males between 16-18 years old weighing 125 pounds and driving in a black 2012 Ford F-150 with tinted windows.
